He has a strong track record of reducing energy usage and making savings on every project which he has worked on. Keith has built a strong reputation within the industry and is currently Regional Chairman of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers.
Lesley’s has vast experience within the legal professional and local government environmental services. She is responsible for managing the day to day activities of the business, account management of major clients and in delivering large scale projects with the team. In addition to managing the business, Lesley delivers many high profile projects for Maloney Associates including CRC, carbon foot-printing and manages our major clients utility data and cost accounts.
Business Development Manager
Anthony is a highly experienced Energy Project Manager for Maloney Associates. He is responsible for delivering energy & carbon projects and has experience in undertaking investment grade energy audits. He has vast experience in energy surveying, auditing, renewable energy projects and has recently been involved with a national project for investment grade energy audits. Before MA Anthony was the Energy Manager for United Co-operatives Food Group covering over 1,000+ stores and has twenty years of retail experience. His work in this area has not gone un-noticed with having won a number of energy awards. Additionally, he is an experienced project co-ordinator for the Carbon Reduction Commitment and is trained in auditing and rationalising Building Energy Management Systems to great effect. Anthony recently identified over £250k worth of energy savings for a logistics company via a BEMS rationalisation and audit project.
Energy Bureau Manager
Joanne’s role is to provide a pivotal Bureau Manager Service to Maloney Associates clients who need help and assistance with their energy management together with management of CRC and carbon foot-printing.
