FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT SUPPLIER

We are pleased to announce our successful onboarding onto the NHS Shared Business Services Consultancy and Advisory Service for Health Framework.

The framework went live on 18th March 2024 and will run until 17th March 2026, with the option to extend until March 2028.

Maloney Associates will be able to provide the following services under the framework:

  • Social value, sustainability, and carbon neutrality

This includes:

  • Audits and Impact measurement, Benchmarking, Social Return on Investment studies
  • Carbon Footprint and emissions analysis, measurement and modelling
  • Governance, Assurance, Corporate Responsibility (CSR) and strategy
  • Impact Assessments, Feasibility Assessments, socio and economic appraisals, health and equalities assessments
  • Net Zero and Green Plan development, Implementation, evaluation, and review
  • Regulation, Policy, Training and educational support, accreditation and certification advice and support
  • Social Value and Sustainability Research, analysis, Procurement Support and Contract Management Support
  • Stakeholder communication and engagement
  • Strategic support, Delivery plans and Implementation
  • Supply Chain sustainability, Industry engagement, network design and logistics
  • Display Energy Certificates (DEC’s)
  • Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR)
  • Energy Saving Opportunity Scheme Reporting (ESOS)
  • TM44 Assessments
  • Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)

The Framework can be used by all UK-based public sector organisations including:

  • NHS Organisations
  • Local Authorities/LEAs
  • Further and Higher Education
  • Academies
  • Housing Associations
  • Emergency Services (Police, Fire, Ambulance)
  • Museums, galleries etc.
  • The Prison Service
